Jenny Grant
Special Assistant to the CEO
Jenny Grant joined Camber Foundation in July of 2024 as Special Assistant to the CEO. She works closely with foundation leadership to facilitate executive functions, oversee organizational operations, manage external affairs, including community engagements, and lead special projects and initiatives that advance Foundation goals and priorities in all areas of Camber’s mission.
Before bringing her wealth of experience to Camber, Jenny spent six years at the NC Rural Center, serving in a variety of positions, including executive team manager, events manager, and director of operations. Her passion for nonprofit work was ignited during her tenure at PNC Bank in its Corporate Citizenship program, where she grew her knowledge and experience in corporate philanthropy, serving the eastern region of the Carolinas.
Jenny received her undergraduate degree in mass communications at NC State University and a certificate in applied behavioral economics from Texas A&M University. She also completed the Rural Economic Development Institute (REDI) program, where she engrossed herself in rural economic development and made meaningful connections with other rural leaders, many of whom serve communities in Eastern North Carolina.
Born and raised in western North Carolina, Jenny has engaged with Eastern North Carolina through her work for nearly 20 years and now lives in Apex with her husband and son. Avid hockey fans, she and her husband have a dream of visiting all National Hockey League arenas and are already more than halfway there.
