Grants Manager

Beth Foddrell joined Camber Foundation in July 2026 as Grants Manager. In this role, she facilitates the administration of grants and ensures effective and efficient practices that strengthen the Foundation’s philanthropic investments in Eastern North Carolina. She offers assistance to nonprofit organizations across the region, providing guidance throughout the full life cycle of a grant.

Beth brings deep grants management experience to Camber, having spent nine years at the PATH Foundation in Warrenton, Virginia, as Grants Administrator and Program Officer. There, she excelled at supporting grantees in maximizing every opportunity for a successful grant experience. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Fauquier Health, a nonprofit hospital in Warrenton, where she served as Physician Liaison and Director of Marketing.

A dedicated leader in community service and philanthropy,  Beth served for five years on the Fauquier County Department of Social Services Board and participated in Philanthropy Southeast’s inaugural Janine Lee Learning & Leadership Collaborative in 2023. 

Beth is a native Virginian who is thrilled to relocate to North Carolina with her husband to be closer to family, including their daughter and granddaughter. She is eager to learn and explore all Eastern North Carolina has to offer.
