Lasindra Webb

Special Assistant to the CEO

Lasindra Webb serves Camber Foundation as special assistant to the CEO. She works directly with the CEO to strengthen executive leadership functions and organizational operations, advancing the achievement of day-to-day priorities and the fulfillment of key foundation goals.

With over 15 years of experience, Lasindra’s expertise in maximizing efficiencies, working with nonprofits, and implementing grant programs is critical to Camber’s success. She also leads special initiatives and facilitates the foundation’s engagement with communities across Eastern North Carolina.

Lasindra previously managed operations and grant programs of BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina Foundation and worked with several local nonprofits. Lasindra further demonstrates her commitment to philanthropy as founder of the SOAR Collective, a Black female giving circle supporting Black communities, and she is part of the 2023 Connecting Leaders Fellowship Program with ABFE.

Lasindra is a graduate of Elizabeth City State University and North Carolina Central University, where she earned her MPA. While attending ECSU, she developed a sense of connection to Eastern North Carolina, and she is excited about how Camber will positively impact a region that came to mean so much to her.

Outside of work, Lasindra enjoys taking day trips to Carolina Beach, attending food truck rodeos, spending time with her loved ones, and exploring local walking trails.
